La postarea asta mă gândesc de multă vreme şi în sfârşit reusesc să scriu. Multă lume mă întreabă de unde cumpăr fructele, de unde cumpăr mierea, ce cosmetice folosesc etc. Răspunsurile mai jos:
- Cele mai importante cumpărături, adică fructele şi legumele, le iau din piaţă. Eu merg la Piaţa Dacia (lângă gară), e cea mai ieftină, e destul de mare, îmi place cum e amenajată. Vă dau un pont(din constatările mele) - miercurea e cea mai bună zi de mers la piaţă, atunci se găsesc cele mai multe produse, sunt proaspete şi sunt cele mai mici preţuri din săptamână.
- www.driedfruits.ro - de aici cumpăr seminţe, migdale, stafide, curmale, unt de cacao, unt de cocos, cereale şi altele. Au preţuri bune, comanda ajunge rapid, eu sunt mulţumită de ei.
- Paradisul Verde - are sediul pe Str. Sfantu Ioan nr. 6, în spatele hotelului Aro, mai au stand în Carrefour şi un magazin în Real. De la ei cumpăr ulei de in, ulei de floarea soarelui presat la rece, psyllium, fulgi de drojdie, fulgi de cocos, sare, chia, sos de soia, pastă de dinţi (de la VIVANATURA cu argilă şi plante).
- Elena Dumitrescu este o româncă stabilită în Spania, care are propria livadă cu măslini şi face un ulei foarte bun. Trimite ulei în tară pe autocar, în mai multe oraşe, la un preţ foarte bun şi calitate excepţională. - Mierea o iau de ceva vreme de la o cunoştinţă din Prejmer, nu are foarte mulţi stupi, deci nu are cantităţi foarte mari de miere de vândut.
- Magazinul bbmic.ro se află la parterul clinicii Eva, str Păltiniş nr. 15. De aici iau absorbante Natracere, detergent de rufe Ecos.
- De mai bine de 2 ani nu mai folosesc săpunuri şi şampoane din comerţ, ci săpunuri şi şampoane solide din uleiuri vegetale şi plante. Pe www.breslo.com sunt foarte multe variante. Multumim mult Ramona, voi incerca si eu detergentul de rufe si uleiul de masline. Eu de la Paradisul Verde mai cumpar si lastari pana reusesc sa-i produc singura. Cosmetice ca unt de corp, unt de shea si sapunuri am luat de la Jovis Homemade Beauty si de la Mayam pana acum (intre timp au inceput sa le aduca si la Paradisul Verde). Eu iau produse make-up ca rimel, tus, lac de buze, de la Alverde de la DM. Henna de la Mayam si rangali.
